Q: No notifications for Yahoo users?
We’re noticing an issue where Yahoo email users are not receiving booking notifications (confirmations, reminders, or updates), while Gmail and other providers work normally.
Is this a known issue on your end? Are there any deliverability settings, SPF/DKIM requirements, or suppression rules specific to Yahoo that we should be aware of?
We want to make sure appointments aren’t being missed on the client side. any guidance would be appreciated.

All email authentication (SPF/DKIM) is handled on our end — there's nothing you need to configure for that.
Yahoo has been known to be more aggressive with spam filtering than other providers. We'd recommend asking your affected clients to check their Spam/Junk folders and add the notification sender address to their contacts.
If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your account email and an example of a booking where the Yahoo user didn't receive the notification, and we can investigate further on our end.
