Q: pending approva
Hello, on a tier 2 there is a problem with appointments that are pending approval, in fact only the admin can validate or not the appointment; while this version is intended for an agency, can you tell me how to give access? I can't find the information anywhere, the "sub account" is still in sheduled, and only has the option to refuse the appointment, which doesn't add anything, the minimum would be that it can validate or not the appointment, thank you for your feedback

You’re right — at the moment, only the main admin account can approve or deny appointments that are marked as “pending approval.” Sub-accounts currently do not have the ability to approve bookings; they can only view or decline them, as you've noted.
We understand that this limitation can be challenging for agency use, and we appreciate you highlighting it. This has already been noted as a feature request, and we’ve passed your input along to the product team to help prioritize improvements to sub-account permissions in the future.
In the meantime, any approvals will need to be handled through the main admin account.
