Q: Problems connecting Zoom and calendar to agency account
I have the Agency plan, but we’re facing two issues
The people I invited to my team can’t connect their Zoom accounts. I need to connect 16 sales reps, and it seems like I have to buy an individual or agency license for each one. That doesn’t seem right to me, it doesn’t make sense
The other issue is that it’s not easy to connect a Microsoft 365 Business calendar. It requires admin approval. Doing this for 16 accounts is frustrating
I can’t find a help center—the HELP link in the navigation menu doesn’t work

Team Members don't inherit the access and privileges of the Agency Plan holder. If members are using Free accounts, they are limited to Google Meet only - which requires a Google Calendar as their Primary Calendar.
To provide clarity about Microsoft 365 calendars, if the members are all part of your organization in Microsoft 365, sharing one domain name, configuration only needs to be done once. Settings customization will require admin access into the business account. We have a guide in our Help Center to configure Microsoft 365 accounts to allow 2-way sync with TidyCal (https://help.tidycal.com/article/751-calendar-configuration-guide) - this might give you an idea of the steps to take.
