Q: Remove brand and schedule by cell phone number
Tidycal is fantastic; it's evolved a lot.
To be perfect, there are only two things left:
1 - Remove the branding. Could you do something similar to Sendfox, which charges $10 per month to remove the branding?
2 - Include the option to schedule appointments using a cell phone number, since I work with seniors and not everyone has email. Requiring email registration to schedule an appointment is a barrier. Cal has already implemented this feature, and it's possible to choose only a phone number to confirm the appointment. Would it be possible to implement this feature?

Aug 19, 2025A: Thanks so much for the kind words—it’s great to hear you’ve seen how much TidyCal has evolved. We really value feedback like this because it helps us keep improving in the right direction.
Branding removal
Right now, TidyCal offers reduced branding on paid plans, but there isn’t a way to completely remove the “Powered by TidyCal” tag. We’ve logged this request with the product team, and your suggestion to follow a model similar to SendFox (optional fee for white-labeling) is very helpful.
Scheduling by phone number
Currently, TidyCal requires an email address for bookings, since email is how confirmations, reminders, and reschedule/cancellation links are sent. We don’t yet support phone-only scheduling or SMS confirmations, but this has been a popular request, especially for users who book with seniors or clients who don’t use email. Your feedback strengthens the case, and we’ve added your vote to the feature request.
For now, if email is a barrier, a workaround some users apply is:
Using their own email to book on behalf of the client,
Or creating a dedicated account/email address for clients who prefer phone communication, so reminders can still flow through TidyCal. SMS Reminders are unlocked in the Agency Plan. If either feature becomes available, it’ll be announced in our Help Center and product updates. In the meantime, I recommend reaching out directly through our support team in the Help Center so we can track your request and keep you updated.
