SMS reminders pull the phone number from a phone-type question on the booking type — they aren't added automatically. To get a phone field on the booking form, edit your booking type, add a new question with the "Phone number" type, and save.

Note: SMS reminders only send to U.S. and Canadian numbers. If you've already added the phone question and it's still not working, please email [email protected] with your booking link so we can look at your setup directly.
