Q: Team feature: conflicting calendars not working

Hello
I set up a team, added another person with his calendar. I was expecting that the team calendar would only show the moments that are free in the combined calendars - it was not the case.
Is this a bug, or expected behavior ?
I hope it is possible to generate a share calendar for a team, where it is possible to book only time slots where ALL team members are available together.
