TidyCal doesn't have a dedicated Terms & Conditions feature, but you can achieve this using custom booking questions. Add a required checkbox question like "I agree to the Terms & Conditions (link)" — bookees won't be able to complete their booking without checking it.

As for BreezeDoc, there's no direct integration between the two at this time. They are separate products.
