- Aloha, what could be wrong if I can‘t connect to my iCal? TidyCal reports back that there are troubles connecting with the credentials. I even updated my PW for that matter.
- TIMEZONE QUESTION I use an appointment setting company to schedule appointments. Some of them live in different timezones than I do. The person they will set an appt in TidyCal for me will always be my timezone. I'm in CST and the people I'll meet with will always be CST. If an EST appointment setter enters the info for the appt what timezone will the person I'm to meet see in their email reminder/calendar? If the person setting appts sets it for 1pm. Will the person seeing the email reminder see it as 1pm CST or 2pm EST since it was entered in by the appt setter on the EST? How do I make sure to get the right timezone to show up on mine and the person I'm to meet with are the correct time, when the info is entered by someone in a different timezone than mine?
- I want to try to help my barber bring in more business. He's the nicest guy in the world. I think this could really help him. Can TidyCal be embedded or have a link in google my business so that when people search for haircuts, they can click on a TidyCal link to book appointments?
- I had a few questions for you to see if they are currently available or features that may be coming down the pipeline. I was curious if I can add other email addresses in the settings that would also notify other people of the bookings that we have coming up? I didn't see it anywhere when I was looking but this would be a great feature to have especially when you're working with more than one person for scheduling consult calls. Instead of me forwarding that email to them they automatically get the same copy of the email that I am receiving on my end automating the whole process. Also, is there a way that we can add more notifications with more time options when sending reminders to people who have booked something with us? I see there are only 2 notifications without an option to add more. Again I think this would be another great added feature to have on TidyCal kind of like when you create a calendar event in google calendar, you have the option to set up to 5 I believe. Also was curious if you'd be adding the ability to have team members that can sign up to our account to work on things such as adding new booking types or just access to be able to reschedule cancel bookings etc. Again another feature that I think would be fantastic. One final thing that I am curious if you have or are working on is the ability if the person who booked a call with us has the ability to see the "cancel" or "reschedule" option better. It's very small when we created a test booking. Also is there a way to have them reverify that they are attending the booked event by clicking on a link that notifies us that yes they are in fact still confirming that they will be attending? I ask this because we've had several people that used to book with us this FREE 15 min discovery call that we've set up on our previous Calendly software but they wouldn't show up and we would be there waiting for nothing. So I'm wondering if there is a way to integrate something that maybe a day or so before they reconfirm their appt with us to let us know that they will be there. I know that falls under those notifications that you currently have but there should be a way that if we haven't heard back from them on that second confirmation we can just assume they aren't coming and just cancel the event. I know that was a lot but I do really like TidyCal but I'm hoping these suggestions can be something that you can integrate soon.
