Q: Tier 2 - Agency

Hi David,
As agency if we want to connect our clients, what sort of privacy level do they have?
Can we access their calendars and see the details of the booking data? If so that would be an issue, so it'd be more useful for teams instead.
Hope you give an answer before the price increase!
Thanks
Fab

A: Hey, Digitalfastmind!

With Tier 2, you're essentially inviting other TidyCal account holders into your team. These other team members will have separate accounts, and the privacy of their separate accounts is independent of them being added to the team. You're not managing them as accounts; you're managing their membership to your team (and you can add or remove them from your team).

awesome, so we give them better privilege than their free plans in theory? Till they are within our agency. Also will they see other team members?

It depends, Digitalfastmind. The restrictions (branding, features, etc.) on their individual accounts will still apply to their individual pages. They'll be a part of your team, and able to be seen on your Collective Meetings (as applicable, if you select them) or Team-based pages.

Thanks David, so it's a team management feature that you're adding on top of our account along with more calendars to be managed.I think this is best for TEAMS more than agencies indeed. all the best!

Is having different accounts for clients within the account something you would consider in the future?

Would this mean I would be better off buying another copy for tier 1 if I wanted to use it for a separate business as well as my own?
