Q: Training
I want to provide a training on AI using agents. In one of the labs I want to show how to schedule appointments. I have already tested with Tidycal. I need a group account for the students. Do all users in the agency plan have access to the API with different API keys? What is the best way to handle this. The free account does not have access to APIs.

To clarify, the Agency (Team) plan allows you to manage multiple team members, but API access is only available on paid accounts. Since the free TidyCal accounts don’t have API access, your students will each need their own paid TidyCal subscription to use the API independently during your training.
Unfortunately, simply being part of an Agency team does not grant API access if the individual accounts aren’t paid.
For your training lab, the best approach would be for each student to have a paid account so they can fully access the API features you want to demonstrate.
