At the moment, TidyCal does not offer a fully white-labeled solution, and we haven’t advertised this as part of any tier — including the Agency tier.
While the agency plan offers features like managing multiple calendars and team members, it does not include white-labeling of the front-end (client-facing) or back-end (admin dashboard).

If white-labeling becomes available in the future, we’ll be sure to announce it.
