Hey, I have bought 3 codes in the meantime. What I’m missing is: - Users can’t upload their own files - WhatsApp doesn’t seem to have a context window - users can’t see past conversations
I see this not a support inquiry but as a feature and functionality inquiry which may be helpful for other AppSumo users as well.
Can you please confirm that users can upload files? If so, where? It looks to me like your tool ignores it if users upload on WhatsApp and the chat widget also doesn’t seem to support this.
Apologies for the misunderstanding, I interpreted "user file upload" as uploading files to the knowledge base on your end, not end-users sending attachments during a conversation.
To clarify: end-user file uploads within the chat widget or WhatsApp are not currently supported. This is on our radar but can't commit to a timeline.

1) Firstly, I saw your reply that it's not white label, so basically if the client takes over as a human in the bot, they will definitely see your branding (TinyTalk), and there is no way we can change that—the logo and the backend panel where they take over as a human and talk to their customers?

Hello,
By default user conversations are not stored to respect privacy, you have to explicitly opt-in by enabling Help Desk under Settings > Help Desk.
Once you do that:
- User will see their previous conversations
- Whatsapp will have a context window (because we'll have the chat history stored)
