Hi, I am currently on tier 7 with very low usage, and lmy accoutn got cancelled for some reason 2 days ago.

Very strange.
Are closing the business ?

A: Hello!

Thank you for the follow-up. It is almost there, we've been testing and doing final adjustments. The initial feature will support Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and German both on the management dashboard interface as well as the user facing messenger.

These changes will enable us to provide support for new languages only for the messenger side too in the future.

We appreciate your patience as we work towards to deliver it as soon as possible!

Q: Support for Claude

Hi there,

In January you wrote, this:

"Soon we will add support for Claude and Gemini as well."

I just wanted to know when Claude will be available or or what period "soon" means?
