Yes, it has more to do with the underlying AI/LLM model. We support multiple models, some excel better in multilingual tasks, some less. Take a look at OpenAI, Google and Anthropic models and if they support the language you are looking for, it should also be supported in Tiny Talk.
We've been developing analytics features, recently we started collected events, but haven't finished bringing these charts and numbers to the dashboard yet. We hope to do so as soon as possible.
Once we complete analytics features it will be mostly available for Tier 7 plans, Tier 3 and above will also have some basic analytics but not the full blown set of analytics features.
You probably have this as a T in your SWOT analysis so I am probably asking something you already thought about: what is your plan for staying relevant in a world of AI companies coming out with the features others built entire apps around, as built-in features of their platforms?
I always carefully consider buying an LTD of any "AI based" whatever, because "AI" and "Lifetime" are two words that shouldn't even appear in the same sentence. The world of AI will be completely different 2 years from now, never mind my lifetime. In less than 2 years, I will probably be able to create an app like yours from a single text prompt and run it 3 minutes later from my own VPS with no limits or fees of any kind.
So... what are your plans to remain relevant and avoid being made superfluous by new features sure to be released by ChatGTP, Google, etc.?
We’ve absolutely thought hard about this. The landscape is changing fast, and we believe the winners will be those who don’t just follow features, but build lasting value around experience, workflows, and customer outcomes. That’s our focus.
As for generating a fully working product in 3 minutes from a prompt — I hope that future arrives too! But until then, we’re here building something useful, evolving fast, and staying close to our users. We adapt as things shift — that’s our edge.
As for the plans? Well, we don’t spill our full roadmap in comments, of course 😉
Happy to hear you like it so far! Yes, you can hide the "Powered By" branding in paid plans.
Just to be transparent; Recently we've released a couple of new features, and they aren't yet described properly on our AppSumo page. I'd like to give heads up about those just in case and touch on some common misconceptions;
- You have to bring your OpenAI API Key, we do not offer free AI usage for life. - Recently we released 20+ new AI Models, these are available via OpenRouter and only available for Tier 7. - Recently we released custom domains feature, this is a premium add-on that can be purchased separately, but we offer 1 free allowance for Tier 7. - OpenAI GPT-4 and o series models are available from Tier 3 and above. - Monthly message limits apply even when an OpenAI API Key is present.
Some of the points above are already available public information, and the rest are just new features that are not actually part of any tier but since we are committed to bringing new features also to AppSumo users, I wanted to make the constraints clear.
And I'm sorry to provide this information like that, but I would prefer that we prevent any frustration as early as possible.
We don't plan to connect with an OpenAI agent at this point, but we are working towards making our bots more agentic, allowing it to use tools that we and you define, talk with external systems and so on.
Q: Multilingual
Is the Chatbot multilingual?

Thank you for your thoughtful answer. This gives me even more confidence in you and your product.
Q: About brand
I've run some tests on the free version and I like what I see. The question I have right now is:
Does the paid version's chatbot widget show the "Powered by Tiny Talk" link? Or is it brand-free for the customer?

Q: chatbot and open AI agent
Do you have plans for the chatbot to be able to connect with an open AI agent and take on its personality or combine it to enhance responses?
