Our paid subscriptions come with included AI usage which are referred to as "credits". So credits are not applicable for AppSumo users, this is why AppSumo pricing page does not show anything about credits.
Otherwise the information you referenced is correct. Both visitor or admin questions towards the agent are counted against...
No need to reply anymore. If it takes this long to reply to questions while featured on Appsumo, I can just image how long normal support takes to respond. I won't be going with this company

Some feedback. The other plans in AppSumo are far more generous in this regard. For example, Heyy and AnyChat offer many more human shared inbox users on their lower plans. It's rules out Tiny Talk for me as I have my 3 staff members who answer 7-8 tickets a month and this makes Tiny Talk too expensive. Everything else was very good. If you ever change the pricing strucutre please let me know.
My knowledge base is built into my site: https://cloudmonitor.ai/docs/ - I don't want to use a different kb.

You can create a knowledge base by pulling in your external website content and have it indexed for your agent to use. You will have to mirror the content so to say, so that we can index it and make it easy for agent to search and retrieve relevant content.
Once the content is indexed and made into the Knowledge Base, the agent will use that to answer user...
