No, I mean uploading a video that is used to train the chatbot (as I can do with the current platform I use). I have many workshops saved as video or audio files that I would like to use to train my Chatbot so I wondered if you ever plan to have this as a format as well as docs and PDFs.
I believe we're saying the same thing. Does the current platform you use make use of only the audio of the video, or also the visuals, do you know?
It is more likely that we can support audio of the video, or just audio files, but I don't think we'll analyze the visuals/frames of a video anytime soon.
Ive been playing with Tiny Talk a bit and think its going to be a real time saver for our business. I currently have Tier 4, is it as simple as buying tier 3 and adding that into Tinytalk to take me up to the full Tier 7?
How do the number of characters work across each bot? Im assuming the characters are for all combined bots and not each?? Can you allocate so that they do not go over a set amount of characters?

1. You can manually toggle the lead capture form on/off per bot. There are certain conditions for the lead capture form to be displayed, it could be that a condition made it feel like it is inconsistent. Regardless, we'd be happy to learn if you can provide steps to reproduce the behavior.
A few things I can say for the conditions: - When configured, lead...
Perfect! I'm testing on the same conversation and it doesn't show anymore. Now I see that is because the data is being stored. I wonder if there is any option to manually remove the contacts from the "Leads" section to test all. I'm doing some webhook connections to N8N to store in Google Sheets, and send a notification to the user, etc -The white label I mean add own logo or colors and domain :)
At the moment we don't allow removal of leads/contacts because removing them would also remove their conversations, I understand in your case there is no conversation but by extension it is related. Best thing I can suggest at the moment is to use an incognito browser, what will create a new contact every time for fresh tests but it will pollute the leads table indeed.
We'll soon add a filter on the leads table. Another suggestion is to do that test on a bot that you can delete later when you lock down your configuration/setup.
Regarding white label; as mentioned before, there is no customization on the dashboard/admin side. You can customize the user facing messenger with the brand logo and colors, we do offer custom domain as an add-on 👍
As you know "WhatsApp integration requires a Facebook login and working phone number to register a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). There can be further requirements during onboarding. We advise this to be done by the account owner. If you're not the Facebook and WABA account owner, then you need to invite your client as a member to your workspace which requires a seat."

WhatsApp onboarding isn’t just a Tiny Talk permission; it’s a Meta/Facebook login + WABA ownership + phone verification flow. The person who owns the WhatsApp Business assets should complete that step.
If you don’t want to share logins (which we also don’t recommend), then the only secure way is: invite the client into the workspace so...
