What tier? Im now tier 5 but cant get custom tools or even cal.com. I want to connect api with Trafft

Custom Tools or tools we offer as a platform like Calendly and Cal.com are available on AppSumo Tier 7, and on all paid subscription plans (Basic / Standard / Pro). They're not part of Tiers 1-6, similar to how Custom Domains work. We offer 1 tool usage to Tier 7 users.

Hi,
You can integrate Trafft using a custom tool if there is API support. The agent would return a link in reply for the user to click and navigate away.
When using Calendly or Cal.com we support the end to end flow. We display a dedicated card in the chat, navigate to scheduling page within the widget and return to chat once it's complete.
We plan to offer an add-on in the future for more tools.
