Q: Software Clarification Questions

Hello Support Team,

1.) Can you consider adding Vbout to the list of your native software integrations?

2.) Can we integrate softwares of our choice with TinyCommand via APIs and MCP servers? If this feature is not available yet, when will this feature be available for use?

A: Hello,

1.) Thank you for the suggestion regarding VBOUT. We’re continuously expanding our native integrations, and we’ll definitely consider adding it based on user demand and use cases.

2.) Yes — TinyCommand is designed to be integration-friendly. You can already connect many third-party tools using APIs, webhooks, and custom workflow logic. Support for broader MCP-style connectivity and...

Q: Can TinyCommand automate email sequences, digital product delivery, and work with WordPress forms?

Hi,
I’m considering TinyCommand for selling digital products such as eBooks.

Can I use it to trigger an automated workflow after a customer pays through Stripe? For example, I’d like to send a confirmation email, start a follow-up email sequence, and deliver access to the purchased product.

Does TinyCommand support redirecting buyers to a download/access page after payment, or would I need an...

A: Yes — TinyCommand can handle a large part of that workflow 🙂

You can trigger automations after a successful Stripe payment, such as:
• Sending confirmation emails
• Starting follow-up/drip email sequences
• Delivering product access links or download instructions
• Updating tables/CRM/workflows automatically

For redirecting users after payment, this can typically be handled either through...

Q: Upload limit is really only 5 MB?

does this 5 MB file size limite apply to documents clients need to upload? For example it wouldn't be possible to upload an PDF or ebook?

A: The current 5 MB limit is primarily there to keep uploads and processing fast/stable at the moment. It does apply to files uploaded through forms as well.

That said, for most standard PDFs, documents, and even many eBooks, 5 MB is usually sufficient. Larger media-heavy PDFs can exceed that limit, though.

Q: Agents, thinking, models, code nodes ...

1. Will there be a possibility to update agents with new information/files within the framework of a workflow and to delete old files? I think automatic updating of the knowledge base for agents is very important.

2. Is it possible to activate a Thinking Mode with tinyGpt / agents?

3. Currently, only a very limited number of models (e.g., from OpenAI) are displayed in the agent.

4. Do you plan to implement a code node like in n8n?

A: 1. Automatic knowledge base updates are currently not something we’re directly supporting yet. However, you can achieve similar behavior using workflows + tools. For example, if you want to use an inventory list from a PostgreSQL database as a live knowledge source, you can connect it through tools and reference that data dynamically inside the agent workflow.

If you can share the exact use...
