Hi, we have two additional questions: Does the Trafft Agency plan allow the use of a custom CNAME domain specifically for the Agency Dashboard (not for clients)? Additionally, is it possible to upload a custom background (JPG/PNG) for the client booking page without relying on CSS, instead of using the stock pictures? Thanks!
Hi Scott. I couldn't find how to contact you. There are more than 700 Scott Andrews on LinkedIn and I don't know if contact@arriive.com would land in your mailbox. I'll send you an email. Best regards. Florence.
Q: agency
hello, what is Agency account, if I have clients and want them to have calendars, it counts as "agency " for each client, or as Employee? thanks
Q: How do I make a simple calendar booking page for 1 person?
I just want it to display my name, with the meeting options I have set, like Calendly or TidyCal.
But there are multiple barriers to this:-
1. I don't want a "Services" tab. This cannot be turned off. 2. I could use the "Employees" page to display my name and meeting types, but you can't book directly from that page. 3. You can't change the terminology of "Employees" or "Services".
How do I just set up a simple booking page for a single person, like Calendly, without terminology such as "Employee" or "Services?"
Also, there are a few problems with the admin page:-
1. You cannot change the logo to that of the individual company - it is stuck with my "agency" one. 2. General settings such as "Minimum time required before booking" do not carry over to the services - you have to set them again.
I updated my email address, and was immediately logged out. Upon attempting to login using both the new and old credentials I cannot get back in. Upon resetting password, no email is sent to the new address. Please assist
I purchased tier 1, which is 10 custom features. Now that I attempt to use the product, I'm realising everything has been made into a custom feature? Including even essentials like calendar sync, timezone management, notifications, and special days (public holidays being off etc), that are basic and essential features necessary for a scheduling software to be functional!
The 10 custom features get used in the basic features promised in the software. This does not feel right. Custom features should be additional features to basic use features. This either needs to be modified or made very clear in the marketing/descriptions.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the custom features in Trafft. I completely understand where you're coming from, and I'd like to take a moment to clarify how the custom feature system works and why it’s structured this way.
Trafft offers robust default functionalities, including timezone management in the General Settings, basic notifications, and a default employee schedule. Custom features, such as syncing with third-party calendars (Outlook, Google, Apple), custom notifications tailored for specific needs, or adjusting schedules with Special Days, go beyond the default setup and are designed for businesses with more complex requirements. These are optional enhancements that allow users to personalize their experience based on their unique workflows.
With Tier 1, you can activate up to 10 custom features, which is a great starting point for a lifetime license at this price. If you reach the limit, you can simply deactivate one feature to enable another, depending on your current needs.
We strive to ensure that the distinction between standard and custom features is clear in our materials, but your feedback is invaluable.
Thank you for giving Trafft a try and for sharing your perspective—it helps us grow and improve.
Syncing with Calendars is not a custom feature in scheduling apps... How would a scheduling software function without calendar sync? A custom feature would be one that basic functioning does not depend upon. I am currently using the free tier of simplymeet.me & about 8/10 custom features in trafft are included... I did not expect to have the same functionality as my free setup on this LTD :(
Thank you for your feedback! Calendar integrations are part of our Free license, but Trafft works without linking to external calendars. Third-party syncs (e.g., Google) require custom development, so they're classified as custom features. A $59-$69 Lifetime license with 10 features is great value compared to recurring fees. While our views differ, integration is optional, not core functionality.
Q: I can't integrate Google Calendar
Hello Trafft Team ~ I got Tier 1 and I can't integrate into any calendars for Google, it says I have to upgrade. Please help. My email is also kit@bostonspeaks.com
We are a group of professionals working together semi-independently. So we offer services at different prices, receive payments in our own accounts and share costs.
Wondering if it is possible for each employee to receive payments in their own accounts? Receiving them in one place and then sending the payments to each would add a lot of admin.
While you can configure different prices per employee, there's currently no way to pay each employee. All income goes to the linked payment provider account (admin's account) so the admin needs to distribute the payments between the employees manually.
We'll work on this in the future, but there's no ETA at this time.
I offer hourly packages for clients to use. They may purchase a block of 12 or 24 hours. Then they can choose how to use those, whether through 60, 90 or 120min sessions. Some will book 60mins sessions & on occasion, when they need additional support will book 90 or 120. Some clients will book 90min sessions and then eventually shift to 60mins etc. This flexibility is important so the client can choose the level of support that suits them best. Is there a way to do this in the packages option being developed?
I would love for clients to be able to choose a hardship option which would say subtract $50 from service price.
Is there a roadmap or timeline available for planned features?
As mentioned earlier, we are planning to introduce a "Custom Duration" feature for services. This will allow you to set a base duration (e.g., 90 minutes) and offer multiple custom durations (e.g., 60 minutes, 120 minutes, etc.) that clients can choose from. While this will give clients more flexibility in selecting the duration of their sessions, it’s not specifically tied to hourly packages at the moment.
The Packages feature, as we’re developing it, is focused on offering blocks of services or appointments that a client can use. For example, clients could purchase a package (like a gym pass) that includes a set number of appointments (e.g., 16 sessions). Although this is designed to give clients flexibility in selecting their services, the ability to choose specific session lengths like 60, 90, or 120 minutes will be part of the overall service setup, rather than a package-level feature.
Regarding the hardship option to subtract $50 from the service price, unfortunately, this feature isn't something we can currently offer. We don't support applying negative costs at the moment, but we are constantly evaluating feature requests, so that could change in the future.
As for the roadmap and timeline, we don’t currently have a public roadmap available. The feature suggestion page reflects ideas and requests from the community, but it shouldn’t be confused with our official roadmap. We don’t have exact timelines, but we’re always working on improvements and new features.
At the link below, comments on a "packages" feature being added are over 3 years old! So, I think a timeline for when packages will be added and useable for Trafft users is a very necessary detail needed. Or a refund option, if it is not added in the window of buyers returning the deal and getting a refund. https://features.trafft.com/42
The "Packages" feature is currently in the design phase, and while we’re excited to bring it to Trafft, we can’t provide an ETA just yet. As the purchase was made through AppSumo, you are covered by their 60-day money-back guarantee. If the feature isn’t released within that window and you decide it doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a refund directly through AppSumo.
The Coupon is a good solution, thank you Luminosity28.
@Aleksandar_TMS: When the packages option becomes available, would it be possible to have a pool of hours that customers can purchase to use on services/appointments as they please? This would be amazing for my use case, and the use case of most coaches, therapists & healers. Most businesses & consultants value their services based on time.
The availability of appointments/services in the packages will depend on employee's working hours and duration of the services - just like it does now. Basically, your customers will be able to purchase a package of appointments they can book later on.
Q: Cant sync normal Google Calendar accounts
My employees cant sync their normal google calendar accounts @gmail.com The error they get is that trafft.io is not approved by google with a 403 access denied issue. Sent a ticket as well, please advise how to resolve this? Seems like an error on your end?
Hi. Will each agency account (each client) manage its own payment, or is payment managed from a central point? I am asking this question to know if the agency accounts have full control of every trafft feature.
A: Hello, I am not sure what you meant by this exactly, but we will advise. 1. If you mean the payments for the bookings via Trafft - Each client can setup their Payment account in which they would receive the bookings payments - if you allow them to have the 'Online & Deposit Payments' feature. 2. In terms of the features - you, as the Agency owner, are a SuperAdmin and you have full control over which features you will allow each client to have. In your Agency dashboard - you will be able to enable/or disable each feature for each client, such as the ability to receive online payments for bookings, etc. Please check more details here: https://trafft.com/docs/agency-white-label/agency-overview/. 3. In regards to how you will charge each client within your Agency for your customized booking solution, that will be entirely up to you. Let us know if you have any additional questions, or if we misunderstood what you wanted to ask. :)
Thanks. Sadly, before I could make payment, the LTD already closed. Hopefully, I will lookout for your next offer.
Q: Client's Name on Calendar view
Hi Trafft team! I bought a Tier 5 a year ago but haven't been able to use it because clients reject not to have the name of the client on the calendar view and they need to handle multiple calendars fast and easy. And I believe the same. I really haven't see any other scheduling tool not showing the name of the clients and is kind of a non-sense as you already see the type of service by slot's color. Most of the tool is fantastic and would love to top tier but do you have an ETA to fix this? Because I've seen many other people requesting the same long ago.
Also, can we allow webhooks to AI Voice Call Agents to schedule appointments? I've tested Google Calendar sync, but it just block the slots on Trafft calendar, does not bring the event information or is scheduled as a Trafft appointment with all the features (reminders, reviews, etc).
Currently, the Calendar view allows you to show the appointment title as the Employee Name or as the Service Name, but not the customer name. I don't know when this option will be modified, but I'll forward it to our development team.
Webhooks allow you to forward the information from the appointment to an endpoint, so if there's a tool that can read the data sent, and convert it into a script for an AI voice call agent, I assume it can be done. However, it only works one way - from Trafft to an endpoint and only after something happens in the booking form. Trafft can't use data sent from the AI tool to generate an appointment.
Thank you for your fast reply Aleksandar! Can you talk to the your dev team and give us an ETA? I really want to full tier but need this confirmation so I can use it for clients.
On the webhook, as the is one direction it means that the agent can not book an appointment, only access to the ones already made in traditional channels. It will be great if the tool can explore a 2-way webhook.
I can only say that it's added as a task. There's no ETA because our team has planning sessions where they go over all company plans and feature suggestions and prioritize them based on a lot of factors. Since AppSumo offers a 60-day refund guarantee, my suggestion is to get the deal and if we're unable to provide an ETA within 60 days, request a refund. That way you won't miss out on the deal.
The ability for the agency owner to see the name of their client on the calendar is critical. A therapist for example wants to pull up the calendar and see "who's next" without needing to click inside. For Trafft to outshine its competition, this basic ability or option is a must.
I also tried to maybe use the Google Calendar 2-way sync, as they support the ai agents booking, but is the sync only block the slot, not as an appointment, so the Trafft features can not be applied to these.
That is true - Google Calendar events can block the time in Trafft, but they can't generate an appointment in it. I don't know if and when this will be available.
I think this feature is trending and considering this integration with other service provider could be cool especially for call reminders, upsell other services since I've already seen such solutions so why not implemented in Traftt as well if the dev team can do it.
@Aleksandar_TMS This feature is definitely essential. Here's what we need: #1 A fully white-labeled Android and iOS mobile apps .. and #2 Displaying the client's name on the calendar view to make the Trafft WL deal even more useful. If these features are completed within the next 6-12 months, we'd likely purchase several additional Tier 7 or even Tier 8 licenses, if they're available ofc..
Q: Aleksandar_TMS written: "WordPress plugin in Agency plans is available ..." + "Mobile App"
Aleksandar_TMS written: „The WordPress plugin in Agency plans is available on demand.”
1. Please give me a more detailed answer about the process of launching the WordPress plugin in Agency plans.
2. You writen that you are working hard to make the white label Mobile App available in Agency plans. What month of 2025 is it planned to be available?
1. As mentioned in my previous response, the WordPress plugin is not white-labeled, as it is called "Booking System Trafft." To install it, you can either reach out to our support team via the in-app support widget to receive the installation file, or simply go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard and search for "Trafft," as it's available directly through WordPress.
Currently, to protect the white-labeled URLs for your clients' accounts, we’ve replaced "trafft.com" with "wlbookings.com." Unfortunately, this means it can’t be linked through the WordPress plugin just yet. However, we are working on a solution and expect to have it implemented within the next month, assuming everything goes as planned.
2. At the moment, we don’t have a specific ETA for the white-label mobile app for the Agency plans. However, we are continuously working on improving the platform, and we will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your understanding!
So, as I understand it, agency plans will not be able to use the Mobile App?
One of Sumolings rated this type of offer as follows: "I also noticed that this feels like a stripped-down version with untapped potential, which is why I wanted to see a clear roadmap. Unfortunately, PawelBurda couldn't provide one. This seems like yet another “hook and ladder” tactic to drive initial sales, only to lea
1. Please provide a clear statement whether Appsumo (Sumolings) clients of Trafft agency plans will be able to use the Mobile App as part of purchasing this offer?
Our development team has plans to work on a white-labeled mobile app for all Agency accounts. This applies to both Sumolings and direct buyers - we can't specify *when* it will be developed, but it is planned. We currently don’t offer a public roadmap, as priorities can shift during development, and changes to plans sometimes lead to misunderstandings or disappointment.
@Aleksandar_TMS Could you kindly evaluate the possibility of adding the white-labeled mobile app to the next sprint and provide an estimated timeline, perhaps within a ±3-month range? Your insight on when this could realistically be completed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 🙏
Q: I’m just loving Trafft! Just one quick query -
Can a customer choose online or offline?
Also, can we directly let an employee take in a Google meet through their accounts?
Q: Can I use trafft for moving service with pick up and delivery
Business Type:
Moving furniture, household goods, and general cargo. Focused on providing reliable, affordable, and time-efficient moving services. Target Users:
Customers needing household or commercial moving services. Businesses looking to transport goods or inventory.
Dynamic Pricing:
Set dynamic pricing based on: Distance or number of hours required. Size and type of the move. Vehicle type (e.g., truck, van). Enable Real-Time Booking Booking Forms: Use Trafft’s customizable booking forms to collect details such as: Moving date and time. Pickup and delivery locations. Special requirements (e.g., fragile items, disassembly). Live Availability Updates: Automatically show available movers based on their schedules and bookings.
Features needed: Add real time GPS tracking for customers to monitor their move in real time.
A: Trafft is primarily designed for appointment bookings, so while there are some workarounds you could explore, it might not fully align with your specific needs at this time.
For instance, you can configure different services, add Extras to adjust the cost and/or duration, create multiple employees to represent different vehicle types, and use Custom Fields to collect additional details such as pickup and delivery locations or special requirements. However, features like real-time GPS tracking, dynamic pricing based on distance or vehicle type, and live availability updates for movers are currently not supported in Trafft.
While geolocation functionalities might be considered in the future, they are not a priority at this moment.
Ciao, is it possible to choose Italian as the language of the application? The agency feature is available for tier 3 and up. What does it mean? Can I resell the product, and are agencies my clients?
Tier 3 allows you to manage up to 5 accounts, each dedicated to a business that requires a booking solution. Every business will have access to its own dashboard and booking page, both of which support the Italian language.
Tier 3 and above are ideal for reselling to businesses such as barbershops, beauty salons, educational institutions, consulting firms, or any organization in need of reliable booking software!
The original deal was published a couple of years ago, when Mollie wasn't a part of Trafft yet (we can't modify the description of the deal). All AppSumo licenses will always receive the same features and integrations our Scaling license owners receive so Mollie is a part of this deal too.

Dec 3, 2024A: Thank you for your detailed question!
As mentioned earlier, we are planning to introduce a "Custom Duration" feature for services. In this case scenario, could a $50 OFF coupon code be generated to give to a client as a workaround? (following)
Technically, yes. You can create a $50 coupon that your customers can use to reduce the price of the appointment.
At the link below, comments on a "packages" feature being added are over 3 years old!

„The WordPress plugin in Agency plans is available on demand.”
1. Please give me a more detailed answer about the process of launching the WordPress plugin in Agency plans.
2. You writen that you are working hard to make the white label Mobile App available in Agency plans. What month of 2025 is it planned to be available?

Dec 5, 2024A: Hi there.

One of Sumolings rated this type of offer as follows:
"I also noticed that this feels like a stripped-down version with untapped potential, which is why I wanted to see a clear roadmap. Unfortunately, PawelBurda couldn't provide one. This seems like yet another “hook and ladder” tactic to drive initial sales, only to lea
It's unfair to Appsumo (Sumolings) customers.
1. Please provide a clear statement whether Appsumo (Sumolings) clients of Trafft agency plans will be able to use the Mobile App as part of purchasing this offer?
(I am not asking about the deadline)

Dec 6, 2024A: Trafft is primarily designed for appointment bookings, so while there are some workarounds you could explore, it might not fully align with your specific needs at this time.

Q: Language & agency
Ciao,
is it possible to choose Italian as the language of the application?
The agency feature is available for tier 3 and up. What does it mean? Can I resell the product, and are agencies my clients?
Thanks
Nikola__Trafft
Dec 6, 2024A: Hello, mmastell,
Tier 3 allows you to manage up to 5 accounts, each dedicated to a business that requires a booking solution. Every business will have access to its own dashboard and booking page, both of which support the Italian language.
Tier 3 and above are ideal for reselling to businesses such as barbershops, beauty salons, educational institutions, consulting firms, or any organization in need of reliable booking software!

Q: Mollie Payment
Hi,
I see there is no Mollie payment in this deal.
Payment gateways: Stripe and PayPal
On your website I see there is an option
Accept payments: Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, Mollie, Square
Is it in the deal or not? And can I add this later? And what are the costs?
Thanks
Aleksandar_TMS
Dec 6, 2024A: Hi there.
The original deal was published a couple of years ago, when Mollie wasn't a part of Trafft yet (we can't modify the description of the deal). All AppSumo licenses will always receive the same features and integrations our Scaling license owners receive so Mollie is a part of this deal too.
