Q: Inquiry About Future Compliance with Spanish E-Invoicing Regulations (2026)
Dear Trafft Team,
I’m writing to clarify whether the invoices generated through Trafft will be fully compliant with the new Spanish e-invoicing regulations that are expected to apply to all self-employed professionals and small businesses from 2026 onward, under the Ley Crea y Crece.
Specifically, I would like to know:
Will Trafft adapt its invoicing system to meet the legal and technical requirements of the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria)?
Will invoices issued from Trafft be valid under the upcoming mandatory e-invoicing system in Spain?
Are there current plans in place to ensure that invoices generated via Trafft from 2026 onward will comply with the law?
Thank you very much in advance for your time. I look forward to your response.
A: Hi, Thank you for your message. We are aware of the upcoming Spanish e-invoicing regulations and are considering the necessary changes. Since the law will initially apply mainly to B2B transactions and most of our customers are B2C, immediate implementation is not required. We’ll continue monitoring the situation to ensure compliance when needed.
A: Hi! An Agency account lets you manage multiple businesses, with each business counted as a client. Each client can have up to 15 employees with their own calendars. For full details and guidance, please reach out to our support team at help@trafft.com.
