Q: Beta chatbot and credits
Hi again! I have a few questions about the bot function as still shows in beta and a slot of 100 credits for each.
1. Will this tool evolve in functionalities?
2. When will be fully release so we can use in extent with customers?
3. Do we need to pay for extra credits or just ask to you to reload?

1. The chatbot is currently still in beta. At the moment, further development and improvements are on hold as it has not gained enough traction to be prioritized for active development.
2. Because of that, there is no timeline for a full release or expanded customer-facing functionality in the short term.
3. If and when we do continue working on it and expand its capabilities, the plan would be to move toward a credit-based usage model where additional usage would require purchasing credits. At the moment, there are no short-term changes planned and the current setup remains as it is.
