Team Trafft.. we want to to love Trafft but it seems you are stuck with the fast development the current market needs (by some years by now). An we understand is impossible to add all the functions each vertical need.. so here's my 2 cents.. keep the good work on handling the bookings but PLEASE focus on giving us the power to connect with other tools to handle what you are missing!! Just give a powerful 360 API so we can build our way into our own needs and markets, there are so many universal connectors, automation tools but you keep giving a basic API that can not even handle the main functionality: appointments.

This is the only road to a sustainable path for Trafft. Hope you want can see this open approach to get a win-win for all.
