Im confused about Trafft and hoping to remedy it . I dont fancy my chances!

Personally, I previously founded a startup that specialized in scheduling medical appointments, and I was involved in its development for four years.
Although that venture was a real commercial success in my country, I was immediately impressed by the robustness of the appointment engine built by the Trafft team. That’s why, even though I’ve already had 25 licenses for the past 2–3 years, I decided to purchase 200 additional licenses
So yes, I've noticed the slowdown in development, but I remain confident in the team given what's already on the table.
Do I really need to show the ARR generated by the use of 200 licenses?

I’ve been using Trafft for my booking needs as a solo user with a single service, and honestly, it’s been a very smooth experience.

My setup is quite simple – I don’t run a complex operation with multiple layers of staff or advanced workflows – and for these “basic” needs, Trafft delivers exactly what I need without any friction. The interface is clean, intuitive, and I was able to get everything up and running quickly without needing tutorials or support.

What I appreciate most is how straightforward everything is. Managing availability, bookings, and services just works, and it saves me a lot of time compared to more complicated systems.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that the iPhone app can sometimes be a bit slow when logging in. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s worth mentioning. I do hope the app becomes a bit more “native” over time, rather than feeling like a direct mirror of the mobile web version.

Overall, I’m very happy with Trafft and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable booking system without unnecessary complexity.

The development of this platform is upto to the wills and fancies of the trafft team and the customer requests are not considered most of the time. There is not much development happening recently and that is a real "warning sign of what is about to come". They can for sure improve the look and feel of the UI to modern look and simplify the UX. The Razorpay integration requested by many users here will help the Trafft to reach a market of more than a billion people. In today's world of vibe coding, if they are still giving reasons for why they can't do this, and not fixing the bugs mentioned by other users here then the future of Trafft is not difficult to predict.
