A: We had it for a wile on v6 but to be fair didn't work well. A new version is about to be published and later we'll bring Voice back to it.

Take care

After waiting more than ten days for a response to my direct official support email (which has also been mentioned several times here) again, I hope my question is read here. Is it possible to answer incoming customer emails based on a knowledge base (Mind) with one hotkey, without the original text of the email being deleted or replaced? As I understand the documentation, a hotkey replaces the selected text with the AI result (editable field) or copies it to the clipboard (non-editable field). Replacing the customer's question is not an option. 1. Can the hotkey result be inserted above the selected text instead of replacing it? 2. Does a hotkey use the Mind and the Magnets of a Custom SmartPrompt?
The app is licensed for my android tablet, and I have already entered the license code successfully. In the license Manager ist activated. However, every time I open the app, i see the Interface of the App, but after 1-2 Seconds it asks me again, “License code? No / Yes” (the code does not seem to be saved permanently). Or triplo dosn't work in Android Tablet?
I did email support but did yet a response. There is a screen capture video in my sent email. I run Win 11 The Tiplo popup windows opens too larged. I am unable to resize it. The Triplo settings window is also to large and will not scroll to the bottom. Thank you
As a Tier 2 user, to be honest I feel a bit cheated. The models available are older, weaker, and not competitive with what’s currently on the market. It wasn’t a smart move to omit in the deal that the lower tiers won’t get good or higher-quality models. That makes me question why I even bought Triplo. Will Tier 2 continue to be cut off from decent models in the future, or will you just offer dozens of different versions of the same low-level models?
