Q: pricing question

i have tier 4, if i want to upgrade to tier 6 i side my appsumo account i have to pay around 700$ when the price here between 4 and 6 is less why?

It's a major service that was discontinued even if it's not refelected on the dashboard more than the "something went wrong, please contact support" banner. Do you have any plans to bring it back?
