I recently tested the TrueConversion app, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Overall, it’s a really solid tool for those looking to optimize their online conversion rates.
What I Liked:
• Complete and Accurate Data: TrueConversion allowed me to better understand how users interact with my site thanks to its features like heatmaps, session recordings, and form analysis. These tools gave me valuable insights to improve the user experience and optimize conversions.
• Intuitive Interface: I found the dashboard to be quite easy to navigate, which allowed me to quickly access the information I needed. Even without being an analytics expert, I quickly felt comfortable with the tool.
What could be improved:
• Onboarding Process: I admit that the start was not as smooth as I would have hoped. For a new user, there can be a bit of a learning curve. A few more guides or more detailed tutorials would be welcome.
