I can no longer trust TruConversion for session recordings and heatmaps. This is the 3rd time my session recordings have stopped automatically—first in 2024, then 2025, and now again in 2026—without any prior notification. This records the sessions successfully for few days and then stops automatically without any warning email, despite the recordings are still showing turned on and the tracking code is working fine.

I contacted support each time, but there has been no permanent solution. The worst part is that it happens when I actually need to analyse my landing-page data, leaving critical session recordings missing.

After seeing the exact same issue repeatedly over three years, I find it very difficult to believe this is simply a random system glitch. I strongly suspect that lifetime-deal users may be deprioritized for resource-intensive features to reduce infrastructure costs.

For me, this makes TruConversion unreliable for serious analytics and session recording, and I would not recommend depending on it for critical data.
