Full disclaimer, I'm yet to properly test out the features of TruConversion but so far, I like what I see.

I also bought Plerdy so wasn't sure I needed this too. However, I got it because it has some stuff Plerdy doesn't have such as the surveys and microsurveys which are vital for understanding WHY people are behaving as they are.

I'm pleased I did and I'll be keeping both as they both have slightly different use cases and give me a way of offering plenty of options to future clients. TruConversion is probably nearer to Hotjar in UX and features than Plerdy, it's also way better than Microsoft Clarity.

One final thing, the UX is really nice on TruConversion it feels clean and very user friendly.
