I feel conflicted about this tool (Pro level). On one hand, I like this more than Plerdy because it collects more info on the heatmap. On the other hand, throwing many numbers onto the smart funnels without some kind of visual aid to decipher them is not helping with the analysis. So instead of simplifying the work, it makes it more complicated and confusing.

Setting up the smart funnels seems easy... if the javascript doesn't act up. But it does. Frequently. When it happens, you'll have to refresh the page, which clears all data, and you'll have to re-enter all the info. Also, once created, the smart funnels cannot be edited, even though they give you an edit button (crazy, right?!) Because of the bug and the non-editable nature, I probably entered the same funnel information 10 times to get it right.

Then, there's the data accuracy problem. I also set up simple non-smart funnels, and tested the entire funnel a few times. Simple funnel was able to collect data not recorded in the smart funnel. No idea why. Maybe I'm not smart enough to understand it...

Overall, I see great potential if they can address these problems. Still considering whether I should keep it. I'll see if they can address the issues in the coming days.
