DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.
I've purchased the largest plan they had and I tell you right now DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. It doesn't work. Funnels do not work. Heatmaps do not work. Journeys do not work. This product advertises things that are not capable of deliver. I even put an AI Agent to track progress on its own and created even more trackers on TruConversion to compare the activity and they produce ZERO captures. This product is a waste of your money (and it is not cheap at all). With today's tech stack, just get a $100 agentic plan and build your own version. You'll get better results and you won't have to deal with their inexistent support.

Sep 21, 2026We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it is when the data you expect isn’t being captured.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this with you. **Funnels, Heatmaps, and Visitor Journey are actively used features**, so zero captures usually warrants checking the tracking setup, campaign configuration, or the specific pages being tracked.
Please reach out to [email protected] with your website/account details. Our team would be happy to review the setup with you and work through the issue rather than leave you stuck.
We respect your feedback, and we’d genuinely like the opportunity to turn this experience around.
