Comprehensive app that is full of features including the following:
1. funnels
2. heatmaps - good for UX design
3. session recordings - has a nifty "skip pauses" button. There doesn't seem to be live session recordings though - perhaps something to add to the roadmap?
4. visitor journeys - tracks the different pages that a visitor travels to and the channel that they came from. Channels include Google, Social, other search engines like Bing and Yandex, as well as Forums such as Quora, Reddit etc.
5. surveys

With all these features, this LTD is good value for money. I used to pay $50-$100 USD per month for equivalent features in Lucky Orange.
