Disclaimer first: I'm writing this review because the deal creator has promised free services for reviews above 100 words. I'm not biased towards the product but my motivation should be mentioned for fairness.

Now about TruConversion. TruConversion is a suite of tools to increase conversion rates (you don't say!). There's smart funnel, a funnel tracking tool. Honestly, I haven't tried it yet as I'm using a different tool for that. There's also a classic funnel option (just in case the smart one doesn't work for you). Haven't used that either.

Now to the tools I have tried and am using: Heatmaps tracks a certain amount of your site's users and creates a heatmap out of their behavior. I couldn't see the results from TruConversion yet, but it looks promising (whatever that means).

Forms is a tracking option for forms. Automatically detects your on-page forms, shows you which fields users don't fill out, which ones they change a lot (in case you have confusing labels for example). I can see how this is valuable if you want to optimize your forms, sign-up-flow, whatever.

Recordings track your user's movements in-depth. I've used a different tool for that a while ago, but stopped tracking and analyzing such recordings. I've enabled TrueConversion for a few days just to verify it works just the same.

Now the tools that I really like are Microsurveys and Surveys. These let you create surveys (or micro-surveys) to display to your users either based on their behavior or at random. They work flawlessly.

Now to my conclusion - why is it five tacos? It's simple - I don't use more than half of the tools provided (although they seem to work just as advertised) and I'm still getting a great value out of this deal. It's worth it for the micro-surveys alone (hotjar, who I believe are TruConversion's biggest competitor, cost you well-worth $99 a month - for 500 sessions a day). The lowest tier in this deal comes at roughly 3500 pageviews a day which is comparable if your site is really good-performing (high retention and your users go as far as to visit seven different pages on average!).

I know the deal is only here for AppSumo Plus members, but if you're really into such tools (or are a happy hotjar customer already), it's even worth getting the pro subscription. Five tacos well deserved.
