The visitor journey feature stopped working on 21/05.
I waited another day and contacted support on 22/05.
Support responded after 3 days.
The response was that they would forward the issue to the technical team.
I contacted them again after another three days and still received no response.
The messages are marked as read in the chat, but there has been no activity or reply.

Not a reliable software or support system.
