Been satisfied with onboarding process compared to other tools, I like it a lot.

The heatmapping tool has fairly bad tracking, and is a lot less easier for my clients to understand compared to something like HotJar.

I have yet to be able to get the form submission tracking to work, but that is likely because I've only spent an hour trying to set it up- I think I need to change the code on the forms or something.

But on all other departments this tool is great.
