Not sure why my previous review was not posted (post moderation) , especially as the information I have shared is genuine and will be useful to Sumo-lings looking to purchase this product. This review is not based on my experience with Customer support , even though its worth pointing the experience out as its part of the overall service, and I also have not broken any of guideline either as provided here - https://appsumo.com/community-guidelines/.

But will give it a second go.

I have purchased Plerdy, Hockeystack and Truconversions and have played around with all 3.

Truconversions certainly feels very good and I will certainly recommend it. Unfortunately i could not play around with all the features, despite purchasing the basic $59 plan.

Except I misread, if we purchased any plan higher than the $29, we should have access the full suite (i.e to all features?) Not exactly.

The following require either the PRO or the PLUS

2.Compare Heatmap
3.Download Heatmap
4.Share Heatmap

As this was not the case. When I raised it with the support, they directed me to Appsumo support, Strange as the issue is to do with Truconversions system, not Appsumo. Felt like the answer was just to get rid of me rather than solve the problem. - Might have just been a simple miscommunication.

Apart from this , I think its very good and still great for the price. I think the extras mentioned above require you to purchase the higher Tiers. Just FYI.

Obviously this is just a honest feedback, hopefully it doesnt cost me the extra page views ;).
