I used to be a digitalmarketer.com Certified Partner (DMCP) and when I was, I used TruConversion for all my clients. I loved it then, but when I went out of business (no longer a DMCP), I stopped paying for TruConversion (just had to cut expenses at that point).

I still maintained a few clients just on the side and thought I'd try the free version for Hotjar. Hotjar is good, but I certainly missed TruConversion! Maybe it's because it was the first Heatmap I ever used.

I don't think that there are a lot of good Heatmap/website tracking companies out there. TruConversion is definitely at the top in my opinion. It's got a clean interface, it's easy to navigate and easy to use. I never had problems with it before, and I can only imagine that it's improved more since!!

And it's own by the one and only Ryan Deiss!! The fact that it's owned by Ryan and run by the same digitalmarketer.com team I think is amazing too because they get marketing. So they know how to create and maintain a product to help towards that goal.
