I didn't have much contact with customer support at this point, but the follow up and onboarding is great. That said, let's move on to the product itself.

TruConversion gets the job done, and it does it well. If you are familiar with Hotjar, you won't have much trouble adjusting to TruConversion. You can focus your analyzing efforts, by just specifying certain pages to record, and how many samples you need, or go wide range on the side by various URL matching rules. Same applies to heatmaps, forms and surveys.

There are a couple of things that bugged me on the entry plan, specifically not being able to let a survey pop up after a specified amount of seconds, which is exclusive reserved for higher tier plans, while Hotjar provides it on the basic tier.

As for future improvements, I'd like to see docking options for the mobile survey, rather than centered in the middle of the screen. Sliding the survey in from the bottom might be less intrusive approach on such limited space. People tend to X sudden pop-ups quickly and without taking much notice.

Still excited to see how Smart Funnels play out. They are a great add-on which give extra insights, and who doesn't like funnels?

While available as LTD, it's probably best to get at least Pro for all the sweet features and without too many limitations and all the customization options - you might otherwise regret it.
