I haven't had the opportunity to use their customer service, but as soon as you sign up they allow you to book a video conference appointment with one of their consultants to give you an introduction to everything they have to do with TruConversoin, and it's totally free.

Regarding the tool, it has a very interesting Dashboard with a very good design that allows us to easily find what we are looking for, such as Heatmaps, Recordings, Funnels, Form Analytics, etc.

I purchased the Plus Plan, but since I entered and saw all the features, I immediately opted to upgrade to the Pro Plan.

I hope to continue testing more features and learn more about this excellent tool.

On the other hand, I will test it with a store created with Woocommerce, I hope it can be integrated with great ease and send events for abandoned carts or checkout.
