After reading some of the reviews, I took this for a spin and quite quickly max stacked to the higher tier. It's very good, if you've ever felt intimidated by similar tools, this might be the one for you.

I've only installed TruConversion on one site so far, it's an ecommerce site in Wordpress with WooCommerce and we're launching a large range of new products over the next few weeks so I'm looking forward to seeing what insight it gives into thousands of web page visits.

I installed the tracking code on the site and was up and running with the basics in less than 5 minutes. I encountered no issues in terms of speed or performance, it's good to go and I could test pretty much as soon as the code was added.

UI and UX are great, there are pop up instructionals on each screen. You can tell Justin wants people to get something positive from this tool because a lot of effort has gone into usability and customer success.

Pros:

Great UI and UX has been massively positive, I've not hit a single clunk since using the tool.

It's so easy to start using heatmaps, recordings etc, just insert your link on the appropriate page and it will start, stopping at the limit you set.

I didn't know I needed microsurveys until now, you can place them on specific pages and for my use case, this could be massively insightful.

Cons/improvements:

Maybe more integrations? Zapier is on there for the usual 2000+ tools but we all know how quickly you can burn through tasks and the costs that come with it burn a hole in your pocket too. For me, I'd say Deskera and Ora Project Management would be amazing or just SyncSpider and Integrately. This would open up possibilities and use cases. Other email tools would be good too like SendFox, Inbox, MooSend etc.

Tru Conversion hits where the others miss. I wish I could stack it higher for more views and more sites. The tool is solid and definitely deserves a look.
