what can i say, everyone can appreciate how useful this type of tool is, I mean to be a "fly on the wall" to watch how visitors interact with your content, that's marketing gold.
I went for the max stack because I know that so long as I use it, this tool will payback - easy decision.
Happily for me the redemption process was super easy, no issues at all.
Once inside the first thing i noticed is this tool is slick and I mean properly slick, the UI and UX is excellent, clear and easy to understand, almost intuitive and the onboarding was excellent. The dashboard quality meant my expectations of use were probably even greater, Truconversion exceeded my expectations, and that rarely happens!
The great thing I first noticed was no noticeable affect on page speed ( unlike Insignal which was around a 0.75 second hit, the data collected is well-organised and easy to utilise, and that is so important.
These tools collect a ton of information so it needs to be organised ( Insignal was a mess in comparison so it made it awkward and time-consuming to utilise the data)
Tru conversion has filters and various ways of segmenting the data so you can leverage maximum benefit in the minimum of time, they even made it super easy to exclude your own IP from the data too, very impressed so far.
I hope they implement user management well ( I haven't test it yet so they may already have) I'd like to reward my favourite clients with using a seat from time to time without them seeing other clients data, hopefully we can refer them to Truconversion, it's excellent a real gem.
