A: Hi, TRUENDO counts your annual unique visitors. This means the same unique visitor can visit your site and change their consent preferences as often as they want and it would not affect your costs. Hence unlimited pageviews, sessions and consent logs.

Every subdomain work as a single license,
or one domain include all domains in only one license?

The question is if one license include all subdomains in one license or not.

Thanks,

A: Hi there,

If the subdomains are under the same domain, like a.example.com, b.example.com, and c.example.com, TRUENDO can handle them as a single website and a visitor's privacy settings can be transferred across the sites.

If the sites are on different domains, like example-a.com, example-b.com, and example-c.com, then a visitor's privacy settings would not be transferred across the sites....
