Thanks Yuumi, that sounds promising - I'm onboard now and will investigate this, my initial impressions are that the app is a long way from intuitive and hence me raising this question, however I only looked at the backend quickly so I clearly need to spend more time testing this for usability.
...Continued: If there are any detailed guides on how to do this I would much appreciate it - one particular issue is an invoice might need 10-30 such lines, I can create a spreadsheet formula to make creating them faster but writing or copy/pasting them one at a time into an invoice app would be too slow, so I would like a solution for that too.
