In point 9 of your Terms and Conditions, I understand that any content posted or generated by users with your platform becomes your property or at least you can do what you want with it, including reselling or distributing it. Does this not seem like a contradiction and an abuse?
three small issues: (a) the roadmap above only leads to a login page - is there a new link? b) for the generated texts there is a direct export as DOCX (good thing), so I would have expected that when creating slides there is also a direct export as PPTX (of course without layout, just the slides). Is this planned? c) I just activated the product yesterday and will probably have to upgrade today :)), but had a funny malfunction while testing: I wanted to rename a project and slipped, so I saved an empty name. Now I have it in the list but can't get to it to change it - any tips?
max uploaded file size? max storage? max transcribed? reusing already transcribed file, will it count as new? can we upload multiple files for transcription in the same time? to a single project? can we save templates of the most used tools on unifire and just apply it to new uploads?
Q: Can you please explain this in your TOS?
