What is the exact Andrew2/Express limit for AppSumo Lifetime users?
How long until it resets?
Is it based on requests, characters, minutes, credits, or load?
What exact limits would I get with a paid plan/Pro Add-On?
Are AppSumo Lifetime users intentionally lower priority during high traffic?
What API workflow do you recommend for 60–100 short TTS segments?

The voice quality is great, but concrete limits would help me plan automated video production.
