We don't currently have plans to white label the entire platform, but we are exploring a branded (your branding) approach to sharing content.

Since we don’t yet have a large number of agency users to consult, we are still gathering feedback on what you'd like to see, what you'd like to share, and how you'd like to share it.

Q: I have an important

I have an important question about some things:
Similar programs can divide accounts, for example, customer x accounts and his social media pages... customer z account and social media pages. Can I do that? Is adding accounts unlimited or is there something hidden?

the second : Can I schedule an Instagram story? the third : Is there a chance to schedule on TikTok? Fourth: Is it possible to add a link to a scheduled story?
Fifth: Do we support publishing on Google Business profile?

Yes, you can create a workspace for every client and add team members, and they won't have access to workspaces they are not added to. Here is more information: https://unum.gitbook.io/unum-help-center/account-management/workspaces-in-unum-your-complete-guide.

We also support scheduling for TikTok and Instagram stories. Adding links to stories should be available very soon. Please note that publishing on Google Business Profile is not supported yet.

Q: Schedule post didn't work

Hi, I was testing the platform, after connecting my business IG, and tried to schedule a test post, it didn't post at all, I made other 2 times but it didn't post anyway (auto-post was enabled), it worked only stories but it didn't add the user mentioned

Q: Monitor all social media activity (even posts not published via Unum?)

Will Unum give me the ability to monitor social media activity across all social media channels even for the items not published from the UNUM platform? My goal would be to understand how any posts are performing on any platform.

For example, I've used, Planable, cause it have the client approval options, and it autoschedule on the date I saved the post, once the client approve it...

A: Yes! You can add members under your workspace. It also allows client approvals and lets you schedule or auto-post to your Instagram account.

For the current in progress one, I saw it was moved to in progress 3 years ago, and for many of the recently completed ones, they looked like similar timelines.

A: Absolutely, with UNUM, you can create a separate workspace for each client and add them as team members. Rest assured, they will only have access to the workspace you've assigned to them, and not to the rest of your workspaces.

Q: roadmap

Im not sure how to add this to the roadmap but could you add duplicating posts within different workspaces as well as watermarking each workspace so that the images automatically get the logo of that workspace. Thank you so much!!

Q: Where is Support?
