They or say they are working on a feature, but I tried another tools and came back after 6 months and it still doesnt work. Its total garbage and support never responds.

Such a shame — Unum has real potential, but the execution is frustrating. Basic features are either missing or simply don’t work as they should. The UX/UI feels poorly thought out: for example, you can connect your social accounts, but when you go to actually create a post for one of those newly added accounts, they don’t appear as options. It defeats the whole point of using the platform. The flow isn’t intuitive, critical functions are unreliable, and it leaves you spending more time troubleshooting than creating.

I really tried with unum but it lacks basic planning features, it's not reliable on desktop and support isn't helpful at all.

I and my team just are so satisfied with this tool. The execution is happening without fail. Thanks for the efforts. Hopefully GBP will be available soon. Thanks App Sumo Team and UnUm Team for this tool and offer.

It can be very tricky to use. The process of scheduling a post is challenging. Not being able to see file names and to cross-post from the media library really slows down the process.
Overall, this is an okay platform, but it needs a lot of work to be more user-friendly.
I'm not going to ask for my money back, but I hope the app gets better over time, and I will check in to see if it gets easier to use. In the meantime, I will try another to schedule my posts.
