It is very functional and intuitive to use, and its capabilities will certainly satisfy anyone looking for a team tool to organize projects and tasks.

If you've used Clickup before, you'll be happy to switch to Upbase. You don't need to learn anything; everything is intuitive.

After one year of using the paid version of Clickup Business, I switched to Upbase.

I know that many people recommend Clickup, and it is already considered the standard among many, but it annoyed me sometimes. It was especially puzzling why it took so long to display all the tasks in Clickup. 🤔

Compared to Upbase, the same amount of tasks is displayed instantly. 🚀

In Upbase, you can easily create projects, tasks, and assign them to the appropriate users. You can also share them with any number of guests without limits.

You can create documentation, add files, messages, and communicate using Chat. It also has bookmarks to help you point to external tools.

This enables easy and effective coordination of activities within the team, as well as transparency in terms of project progress.

Another aspect that I like is that Upbase offers many features that make working on projects easier. For example, you can set deadlines for tasks, set priorities, add comments, attachments, and such. One task can be displayed on many lists, so there is no need to duplicate tasks.

What really sets Upbase apart from other project management tools is its flexibility and customization. You can customize the user interface to suit your needs and preferences by adding or removing different sections in the view.

I also appreciate the possibility of integration with Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides in such a way that you have the impression that it is one tool, which makes it easy to integrate with existing work processes.

Can't print or export lists, boards, projects, Upbase documents, etc. to PDF for RTF or DOC or CSV, etc. This is a showstopper for our organization.

I tried getting support to retrieve my codes multiple times without success. Disappointing. Time ran out before I could try the product.

I've tried and used Asana, Monday, Clickup, Nifty, Blue, Agiled, Craft, ByDesign and a bunch more I don't remember while writing this. Upbase has been the one tool where I've felt most "at home" and comfortable with. It has fairly frequent updates, some of my favorite features includes Spotlight, Custom Fields, Notepad, Bookmarks, Reports, built in Docs, iPhone app and now also triggers & automation's. It's simple, yet complex if you want it to be.

Ways to make it even more better?
I do like the direction they've gone with the design overall – but I also see potential in making it even more modern in certain areas. Also, the Dark Mode should have more contrast imo.

Personally I'd also love a built in whiteboard. The developer has already done a good job with the docs functionality, so a whiteboard would be a perfect in combination.

Other than that I'd also like to see integrations with other platforms such as Albato. Or make webhooks available. All in all, it makes my day easier! 5/5 tacos.

I like the software, very streamlined and easy to use.
I am only concern I don't see any interraction and nobody is answering the messages.
Hopefully it won't be any problem otherwise I am scared it would be an issue to get in touch.
I sent a message though the app and tried to post a question in Appsumo, but it seems for nothing. My comments in Appsumo was denied because I already purchased the software.
If i find a way to speak with them I am happy to change the score to 5 tacos but the lack of communication really scare me so I don't feel to give more than 3 tacos right now.
