I'm not seeing in the description but does your tool allow the creation of fillable pdf documents as a part of the deal, or is that an additional cost to add? I understand that adding signature request capability requires an additional yearly or monthly cost, which is a bummer.
You are about to launch or have launched UPDF 2.0. which users of UPDF lifetime is not entitled to upgrade for free. is this correct? If so, that really doesn't make 1.0 a lifetime deal in the sense that there is a shelf life. Can you explain the transition to 2.0 and how it affects users of 1.0
Is there a webapp? It doesn't seem like there is one, besides the AI one. I want to be able to edit a pdf if i'm unable to install the app. Does the UPDF cloud let you edit and is that via a web app? And if no, are there plans to make a web app/client ?
You mentioned the windows explorer thumbnail preview was released over the weekend.
I reached out to support to find out how to enable it, as it wasn't working even after I downloaded the latest version.
The reply was,
"At this time, we do not support this feature. However, I want to assure you that we are evaluating the support for this feature as soon as possible.".
May I know what the situation is, pls? What's the preview feature you were referring to?
A: Hello, sorry for the misunderstanding. We now support windows explorer preview pane (I mean preview the whole document), but do not support thumbnail preview. Because I cannot enclose screenshot here, I asked our support team to find out your email, if they can find your email address, they will send you the screenshots. Thank you!

Super slick tool—honestly gives Adobe a run for its money.
Sad about no AI features (understandable, costs can pile up for devs), but I wanted to ask:
Any chance of BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for AI design features in the future? Would be a game changer if we could plug in our own OpenAI key and use those tools.
