Q: Hello, I have read your explanation with the cost breakdown of this LTD and basic plan.
Having looked at the basic plan, does this mean that there are no SMS messages included and all will cost extra? Also the same for the storage, there is no storage included in the LTD? Thanks

A: Dear DPWoodworking, yes, you are right, file storage and SMS service can't be provided for free since we have to pay to our providers for them. Also, files size are currently limited to 750 kB each. It's technical limitation. Images and photos are automatically reduced to fit this size. Usually this doesn't make sense for users, but we'd like you to know everything in advance. Please, contact...
