This is a genuine question. I am struggling to understand things with your company because right now it makes no rational sense. I have sent several emails, and not a single reply. I know they have been received.
If I thought if it was just me, then I would maybe understand. Based on what I can see below, others are having the exact same issue with you.
I was considering upgrading or buying more codes. How am I supposed to do that when the basics are not even right? Hopefully your team knows how to take constructive feedback.

I bought Tier 3 with 30 apps. I can see the 30 apps limit in my account. But when I go to launch one app it says I have to pay $39/month which is the basic subscription.
My question is
1) What's the difference between the AppSumo offer and the standard offer on your website? It's pretty much the same and I don't feel I'm getting anything extra for the $179 if I still have to pay the $39. I can just sign-up through the website for the same deal and spare the money.
2) How is the payment done through the mobile app? Is it just a duplication of the payment in Shopify? Or is it a separate integration?

Q: I have been watching this for quite some time now, I see no progress in Roadmap, its been the same since day 1.
Are you guys working on any features or just the 2 as per the roadmap - user interface and countdown timer?
I was disappointed with appmysite and hoping to find an alternative for my apps. I Hope you are not the same.
