A: Hi alpha-sumo, we planned to do so but we still have only 1 request per year to add it. For us, it takes efforts to maintain 1 more language so we postpone it for a year or so

I understand, unfortunately I can't wait one year, that's a blocker for me, I was planning to buy the highest tier but it's not really usable for my use case without French language support.
