I have so many questions: What exactly does an external user see inside a Group? Tasks only, or files, comments and newsfeed too? Is it controllable per task, or is it all-or-nothing at the Group level? I need to show a client one milestone brief without exposing the rest of the Group. What does the client actually see, at what URL, and can it carry my logo and domain? Is there any white-label on...

Is it controllable per task, or is it all-or-nothing at the Group level? --- Per task + if you want you can show the whole group, it is a group setting.
This looks like a good product, but I am baffled as to why External Users (Clients) are not available until Tier 4. I would go out on a limb and say that this pool is made up largely of Freelancers and Agency Owners, who interacts with Clients on a daily basis. Why would you not consider offering a smaller number of External Users / Clients, at the lower Tiers?

Hi markusjuhani, we don't have relation between forms and tasks yet but it could be built using Automations somehow like Form -> Contact And Deal -> Task related to Contact
