today i bought an License for Uspacy and it seems that my "tryout" account, still is in "free-mode", did i something wrong? Could it because the accoutn existed already before i boght the license? And one additional question...: is there no possibility to export the companies and contacts to xls, csv... or something else ? I need the crm primary as "mail list prepariation.. that would be a problem to me :-/... Best regards Daniel

When you buy an AppSumo license, you have to register a new Uspacy portal. That means that you can't connect the AppSumo license to your existing portal.
As for exports, it will be released next week.

Hello Spartak, many thanks for yoour replay. Am I right, that my actual account ( https://ahlmann-kleve.uspacy.eu/ )has to become deleted and replaced? So i would have to ask appsumo to reset my redemption status, cause the license is already "done" to this account. Great that there will be an Export-Solution next week :-). i`m really happy about that feature :-)
