Great Community creator with liitle improvments needed
Very easy to create a new community and also easy to use it.
Many settings we can do to personalize our community.
But i think that registration process will make us very hard to persuade new people to come in.
I think the better is to have the chance to invite people as not only guest but also for him the hability for him to post messages.

I honestly believe the review on this have been rigged.
Terrible user interface. UKKI is from the 90's. The sign up process for users is terrible, makes them sign up twice. You are sent a code that can not be used. Hardly anything works. Support non existent.
What a waste of money. I used to trust AppSumo for having done the due diligence I can't believe it's back. I just logged in to see if it's been updated. No, still doesn't work

Lack of Support
I was very excited when I purchased this and enjoyed building my community.
And then there goes the need to contact support which I is very normal in all of the appsumo deals I got, a few minor things here and there.
But unlike all other support team, I'm sorry but this is the worst because there is none.
The FB group, the Uuki community, the support email - no response at all. My first ever question (which I had figured out with a lot of work on my part, creating an entire new community) has been there for a month with zero response.
I love the interface, the features and all but I think will refund later today and just use my credits to other teams that actually care about their customers.

Ok, I give it two tacos because some of the product does work. If you want to make your community page unique, know or learn how to code. I have found issues nearly all over the place. For example, if you invite a member, they are taken to the signing-in page, not the sign-up page, which is convoluted to get to if you find out how. (no response to my help request)
Support is lacking across the board, and their UUKI community page seems not to be none active, with very little new activity.
I have several unanswered questions, and some I feel are just being ignored. I can not help but think if an issue can not be solved with a quick link that solves the problem by you going away to read or watch about the issue, then no response is given.
For me, the page appears to load way too slowly, and I wonder if an entire community was on there would it cope?
If you are stacking this deal and then have to pay for the white labelling of the app and the monthly cost of an SMTP, and more, well, I am now questioning whether it is worth it for me.

I am extremely disappointed with the support I received from UUKI regarding the UUKI promotion. After spending a significant amount of time creating accounts and writing reviews on G2 and Capterra as per UUKI's offer, I was informed by the support team that the upgrade offer no longer exists and that I would need to resend screenshots when the offer is reinstated. This level of support is unacceptable and misleading.
Not only did I invest my time and effort into fulfilling the requirements of the promotion, but UUKI failed to honor their commitment. This reflects poorly on their credibility and raises questions about their integrity as a platform. I expected better customer service and adherence to their advertised offers.
This experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. It is evident that their support team lacks transparency and fails to provide adequate assistance when issues arise.
In conclusion, based on the false promises and lackluster support I encountered while trying to claim the UUKI upgrade, I don't want to recommend it. Save yourself the disappointment and look for alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their commitments.
