Q: Why can't I activate my licenses if I purchased it with another email?
After I bought it I wanted to activate it on another email. That didn't work. When I wrote to support I was blocked. Now it no longer works on any email. Not the one I wanted it on or the one I bought it with.What else can I do?

I uploaded biology pages from my sons book. I tried twice and both times the subject was completely off. The books topic was the laws of thermodynamics. The first time I got a podcast about jellyfish and the second time a podcast about microbials. The system isn't even looking at the text. I uploaded into NotebookLM and it perfectly read the pages, nailed the topic and created a great podcast (so the pdf was readable). Thoughts?
